Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RK, we want you to feel completely confident in every piece you choose. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Period

You may return or exchange eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [ rk.shop2030@gmail.com] or through the contact form on our website within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item once the original item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
